Moms Stop The Harm (MSTH)
Moms Stop the Harm (MSTH) is a network of Canadian families impacted by substance-use-related harms and deaths. They advocate for changing failed drug policies, provide peer support to grieving families, and assist those with loved ones who use or have used substances.
MSTH welcomes families and individuals to join as advocates or for support.
MSTH also offers support programs to families and individuals. The programs are free and membership is not required.
Holding Hope Groups are peer-led support groups for families and individuals whose loved ones use or have used substances.
Healing Hearts is a free bereavement support group for those grieving the loss of a loved one due to overdose or substance-use-related harm.
